SCHEDULE

We offer a variety of class times to help with your busy schedule.

During our normal class times you will find yourself in an environment that is uplifting and encouraging. You will find your limits being pushed. You will NOT be thrown into a class and be expected to know what to do. Your coach will do a specific warm-up with you to get you prepared for the WOD (workout of day). They will then go over each movement precisely to ensure you know proper form and technique. When the coach instructs you to do so you will begin the workout together and will be encouraged along the way. At the end of the class you may lay out in the floor-- it's ok!

We have a partner community WOD every Saturday at 9 am. We invite everyone to come with a friend and see what CrossFit Chivalry is all about free of charge. Don't have a partner? No problem! We have plenty of athletes that would love to partner with you.
